Abstract: In order to evaluate the regional water resources carrying statusꎬ the regional annual water consumption of the actual status is necessary to be accounted into the evaluation caliber On the basis of the previous work concernedꎬ three relative practi ̄ cal accounting methods for the agricultural irrigation water consumption are proposed hereinꎬ i e status quo methodꎬ typical year method and long ̄series method The relevant analysis shows that the annual rainfall in recent years of the calculation sub ̄region A can represent that of the normal year or the mean annual situationꎬ and then the agricultural irrigation water consumption can be accounted with the status quo methodꎻ from which the result shows that the agricultural irrigation water consumption must be cut by 31 million m3 The annual rainfall in recent years of the calculation sub ̄region B cannot represent the wet ̄dry variation which is generally less than the normal rainfallꎬ and then the agricultural irrigation water consumption therein can be accounted with the typical year methodꎻ from which the result shows that the agricultural irrigation water consumption therein must be cut by 43 mil ̄ lion m3 The basic data of the calculation sub ̄region C are completed and then adaptable for the regions with the annual rainfall frequencies which are more than or less than the normal yearꎬ thus the agricultural irrigation water consumptions therein can be accounted with the long ̄series methodꎻ from which the result shows that the agricultural irrigation water consumptions in those re ̄

摘 要: 为了点评区域水资源承载状况ꎬ 需要将区域现状年实践发生的用水量核算至点评口径ꎮ 在以 往作业的根底上ꎬ 提出了三种较为有用的农业灌溉用水量核算办法: 现状法、 典型年法和长系列法ꎮ 剖析标明: 核算分区 A 近几年年降雨量状况可以代表平水年或多年均匀景象ꎬ 可选用现状法对农业 灌溉用水量做核算ꎬ 成果为该区域应核减农业灌溉用水量 0 31 亿 m3 ꎮ 核算分区 B 近几年区域降 雨不可以代表丰枯改变ꎬ 全体偏枯ꎬ 可选用典型年法对农业灌溉用水量做核算ꎬ 成果为该区域应 核减农业灌溉用水量 0 43 亿 m3 ꎮ 核算分区 C 根底材料齐全、 年降雨频率偏丰及偏枯区域均适用ꎬ 应 选用长系列法对农业灌溉用水量做核算ꎬ 成果为该区域应核增农业灌溉用水量 1 48 亿 m3 ꎮ 总得 来说ꎬ 现状法较为简洁ꎬ 材料易于获取ꎬ 但有必定的局限性ꎬ 受近几年的降雨量影响较大ꎻ 典型年法 相对较为杂乱ꎬ 且关于点评年份降雨较丰的区域不适用ꎮ 因而ꎬ 在根底材料齐备的状况下ꎬ 长系列法 适应性较强ꎮ 关键词: 农业ꎻ 灌溉用水ꎻ 点评口径ꎻ 核算办法
